The Psi Games are not responsible for the claims, services, or products provided by vendors, sponsors, or exhibitors. All vendor interactions and transactions are independent of the Psi Games, and any disputes should be resolved directly with the respective parties.

The Psi Games are not liable for the quality, services, or availability of hotels, accommodations, or lodging partners associated with the event. Any issues or complaints regarding accommodations should be directed to the hotel or booking agency directly.

The Psi Games reserve the right to modify the event schedule, competition lineup, and guest appearances at any time without prior notice. In the rare case of unexpected changes, we will make every effort to inform participants as soon as possible.

To maintain a respectful and safe environment, all participants, attendees, and staff must adhere to the event’s Code of Conduct. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or other violations may result in removal from the event without refund.

Participation in the Psi Games involves inherent risks associated with psi-based challenges and activities. By attending, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your personal safety and well-being. The Psi Games are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the event.

By attending the Psi Games, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded for promotional, educational, and archival purposes. You grant the Psi Games the right to use, reproduce, and publish any images or recordings without compensation.

The Psi Games will proceed rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control (including acts of God, natural disasters, or other emergencies), the event may be rescheduled or modified. Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled or adjusted events.

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with prior approval from Psi Games administration. Please contact our team if you need to transfer your ticket to someone else.

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to facilitate event operations.

By attending the Psi Games, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the event organizers, staff, volunteers, and affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation or attendance.
